I had coffee and a scone today. I've been here multiple times for meals and snacks and have always been pleased. While not the cheapest place in the area, it offers great value for money.

We always have our Christmas get-together at Wurzals. We love the festive atmosphere and the stunning decorations. The food is good, and overall it's a nice venue with delicious food.

The food was nice, but seating our group of 6 adults on a small booth made us uncomfortable and it was hard to enjoy the meal. The restaurant was also quite cold. The service was poor, with slow drink service and no check-ins on our satisfaction or if we wanted anything else.

I've never had a bad experience at this wonderful dining spot. I've met friends here, had coffee and cake, or enjoyed a 3-course meal. The prices are fair, and the staff definitely deserve a mention. Give it a try, just make sure to check the opening times.

I came in with my partner for a meal and it was absolutely fantastic. The service was incredible and everyone was very friendly. The lighting was beautiful and the temperature was perfect. Everything about this place was amazing.

It was my first time here, and the architecture was amazing. The place was very clean, and the open kitchen gave fantastic confidence in the quality and competence of the chefs. The servers were extremely friendly, with great communication and vigilance towards the guests' needs. I would like to highlight two servers, RUBY and SOPHIE, whose efficiency and care made the experience even better. The management was welcoming and had set up their team and sections brilliantly. Having enough team members and keeping them motivated is worth its weight in gold. I recommend this place to anyone thinking of stopping here.

I spent a lovely afternoon here for a late lunch before a night out. We all enjoyed our meals, and the onion sharing dish was amazing.

The food was average, and the hot chocolate was lukewarm. I sent it back, but the replacement was also lukewarm. One of the meals couldn't be eaten, and when I sent it back, they only offered a free dessert. There was absolutely no ambiance. The service was okay, but when I asked for the bill, it took over 30 minutes to receive it. I wouldn't be returning.
